Ingredients

Starch (300 grams)

Water (4 cups)

Sugar (1 cup)

Rosewater (1/4 cup)

A sour lemon

Cherry Syrup

How to prepare?

Decant 2 cups of water in a pot and add sugar to it. Put a pot on stove and stir them until sugar dissolves in water completely. Add rosewater to them and stir ingredients. When you felt water is evaporating, turn off the stove and wait until the temperature of ingredients becomes cool. When temperature of ingredients decreased, decant them in a bowl and put them in freezer. Wait until they freeze. When they froze, break ice and put them in a strong food chopper. When you crushed ice, again decant them in a bowl and put them in freezer.

Attention: Ice could sabotage your food chopper. When you want to crush them, pay attention that you have broken ices in small pieces before crushing them in food chopper.

Now it is time for preparing noodles of Faloodeh.

Decant 2 cups of water in a pot and add starch to it. Turn on the stove and let the water evaporat and starches become elastic. Decant elastic starches in a sieve. Press them by hand and let starches come out from holes like noodles. Pay attention that you should put bowl of cold water under the basket to decant noodles in it. Stir noodles with your clean hand as if you are looking for something in the dish. When the noodles become firm, decant them in the bowl of crushed ices. Pour water of sour lemon on it. For different tastes, you can add cherry syrup, lemonade, pomegranate syrup and etc.
