Milk Soup; An Appetizer with Mushrooms


The milk soup is also known as white soup, is one of the good appetizers. Main materials used in this soup are milk, mushroom, chicken and grain. Be with myDorna know how to prepare it.


An onion

Grain (100 gr)

A breast of chicken

A bottle of milk (1 Lit)

A carrot

Water of cooked chcken (2 cups)

Butter (50 gr)

Cream (100 milliliters)

White flour (3 tablespoon)

Parsley (a tablespoon)

Salt, mushroom, water, and powder of black pepper (in sufficient amount)

How to Cook?

At first, you should make grains wet. Then wash them in a basket with water.

Second, pour them in a pot with 2 cups of water. Put the pot on stove with medium temperature and wait for 10 minutes until they are cooked. After 10 minutes, add water of cooked chicken to the pot. Grate carrot to big slices and add the slices to the pot. In a separate pot, melt butter, add flour to it and rile them. When the color of flour got changed, add milk smoothly and little by little. You should rile milk with flour until a kind of sauce is made.

Put a breast of chicken with an onion in a pot and add water to them.  turn on the stove and wait until the chicken cooking very good.Then rip the breast of chicken.

In next step, add flour sauce and milk to the pot of chicken. If your soup becomes tight, add water to it. Add cream, powder of pepper and salt to the soup and taste it to see if its spices are enough or not. Cook it in a medium temperature.

Attention: Be careful a lot because this soup settles early and it needs to be riled constantly.

At the end of cooking, when you want to turn of the stove, add parsley and mushrooms to the soup.
