Regardless of its ziggurat form, the ground floor has the most complete map and space. The citadel has several arches.

The Cultural Heritage Organization has registered the place as an old and valuable building. This building is hexagonal and in the form of a cone in white. Materials of this building are clay, bricks and lime.

This monument, once the seat of government, is a relic of the late Zand dynasty and early Qajar era. The Citadel building is composed of several important sections, irrespective of the special form of “ziggurat” and “six floors”.

the first floor of the building, with the most complete map and space, is the most significant part. The entrance to the citadel has arches with several beautiful archways. The total spaces on the first floor, in addition to having various decorations, are designed in such a way that different spaces, such as vestibules, domes, and rooms, are linked by corridors.

The basement also has a central location on the first floor, where various entrances around the pond lead to here. The basin area is one meter below the main floor and is designed and built in octagonal shape. The space around the pond has arched vaults with beautiful Mogharnas. The lighting of the pond is provided through the pavilion dome and is provided by windows. The beautiful waterfront, with its special form, works as an air-conditioner in this place. The main decorations used in the pool area are Mogharnas, hive-shaped design and pottery decorations.

The first floor of the building, which is octagonal, has fewer spaces and several cubicles there. The other three floors are constructed in a symbolic manner and are based solely on the formality of the building.
