How to Cook?

Chop onions like cubes and roast them in a pot with oil and turmeric. Add meat with tomato paste to the pot and stir ingredients. When the color of meat changed, add water to the pot and let it boil.

Attention: before adding water, let the pot become cool. Oil may be flaming in this step. Be careful.

Cut potatoes like the picture and roast them in a pan with oil.

When the meat boiled, add lentils, saffron powder, cinnamon, salt, powder of pepper, verjuice and dried plums to the pot. Put the cover of the pot and wait.

When it cooked, decorate it with potato and fried onion.

Attention: Temperature for boiling water should be high. In other steps, it should be medium.
