Ingredients

Rice (4 cups)

Meat of Sheep (250 grams)

Two Carrots

Two beets

Dried Apricots (1/2 cups)

An onion

Lemon powder (1/2 cup)

Salt

Oil

Pepper powder

Turmeric

Water

How to Cook?

  1. Wash the meat and cut it into slices
  2. Chop the onion and roast it in a pot of oil with slices of meat.
  3. Add pepper powder and turmeric with 2 cups of water to the pot and let it cook in half.

Attention: When you want to add water, take care of the hot oil. Turn off the stove and let it become colder and add water then turn the stove on.

  1. Rinse rice and cut carrots and beets like circles.
  2. Pour oil in a pot that you rinsed rice and then add a little rice to the pot.
  3. Add half-cooked meat to the put and then add lemon powder to it.
  4. Add slices of carrots and beets then add rice to it. By doing this steps, you make layers in a pot.
  5. Roast dried apricots and put them on rice. Pour oil on rice and then put the pot on the stove with medium temperature till the end of cooking.
