Ingredients
Chicken breast (400 grams)
A chopped onion
Boiled saffron (one soupspoon)
Pomegranate sauce (2 soupspoon)
Lime juice (3 soupspoon)
Yogurt (2 soupspoon)
Butter (50 grams)
Food wood skewer
Walnut
Pepper powder
Salt
How to Cook?
Chop chicken in small pieces and decant them in a bowl. Add salt, pepper powder, lime juice and chopped onion to the bowl. Put the bowl in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
In other bowl, mix yogurt and saffron. When you mixed them completely, add them to the bowl of chicken and stir them.
Spit pieces of chicken in a pan and melt butter with medium temperature. Put wood skewers in a pan and wait until the chickens get roasted. Mix walnut and pomegranate sauce. Decant them on a piece of chicken in a pan. After 5 minutes, your food is ready and you can eat it with bread and rice.
