Ingredients
A cup of olive oil
Lamb Sirloin (1.5 kilograms)
Three onions
Powder of pepper
8 tomatoes
How to cook?
Grate onions and mix them with olive oil and powder of pepper and put them in a basin. Cut meats wide and put them in a basin.
Put basin in refrigerator for 8 hours. After 8 hours, skewer meats and make small cut lines on them by a knife. Put skewers on barbecue and cook two sides of the meats. Do this step for tomatoes. When meats and tomatoes cooked, put them in a dish and eat them with rice. This food in contrast with other kebabs, is not eaten with bread.
Attention: Meats should not be dry. They should be watery a little.
